UGG Chooses Locally to Connect With Shoppers

Iconic footwear and apparel company, UGG, is implementing Locally tech in their North America, Japan, and EMEA markets to help shoppers find in-stock products.

Founded in 1978 in Southern California, UGG is a popular international brand delivering high-quality, luxurious feeling products to its shoppers. Of course, one cannot hear the name UGG without thinking of their Classic Boot, which has become synonymous with the brand. UGG has built a base of loyal customers and shoppers all over the globe clamor to grab both tried-and-true and new UGG styles.

Locally will enable UGG to connect shoppers to their products even faster.

UGG, a Decker Brands company, will be using Locally’s best-in-class products to connect with their customers in North America, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

When shoppers visit the UGG website, they will now be able to quickly find stores near them that carry UGG products with Locally’s advanced store locator. UGG will also be utilizing Locally’s specialty landing pages to create a more tailored, local-focused experience for their customers when shopping.

With Locally tech, UGG is addressing the most common consumer shopping behavior: researching products online and then purchasing in store. Bridging the gap between online and offline retail will help UGG build even more brand loyalty and turn their website into a catalyst for omni-channel selling—a win for UGG and for their customers.
